About The Founder
I am the founder and design director of The Ensata Design Firm, an on-demand landscape design studio trusted by leading builders, architects, and discerning clients throughout Southwest Florida and beyond.
With a background in horticulture, construction, and architectural visualization, I bridge design vision with real-world execution. My experience spans every level of the industry, including field installation, retail garden center management, plant procurement, sales, and lead design at award-winning firms. This foundation allows me to produce plans that are visually compelling, technically accurate, and ready for construction without compromise.
I hold certifications as a Nursery Landscape Professional and a Vectorworks Professional. More importantly, I have developed a design process that has helped generate millions in revenue for luxury builders by streamlining approvals, clarifying construction details, and elevating the entire client experience. My work has been recognized with industry awards, featured in national publications, and applied across both contemporary estates and historically significant gardens.
Today, Ensata operates as a private design studio and as a dedicated design department for elite construction teams. We provide the clarity, creativity, and precision required to move projects forward with confidence.
I live in Fort Myers with my wife and two sons, and I bring the same care and discipline to family life as I do to every design we deliver.

Each contributor works quietly behind the scenes, some are licensed professionals, some are seasoned sales/designers, some are on their path to Landscape Architecture Licensure, and all are actively embedded in the landscape and architectural design industries. Bringing years of experience and insight while maintaining full discretion.
This structure allows Ensata to scale intelligently, handle complex workloads, and deliver high-level results with consistency. You get the speed and communication of a small firm, with the firepower of a seasoned design department.
